Background

Project recognized the rapidly changing digital landscape and the need for youth workers to adapt to the digital era. As technology becomes an integral part of young people's lives, there is a necessity for youth workers to acquire digital skills, competences, and knowledge. ”Voicehood of youth” project acknowledged the potential of digital tools in enriching youth work practices and saw the need to bridge the gap between traditional youth work and the digital age. The project application reflects a commitment to empowering young people by providing them with opportunities to develop critical, ethical, and creative thinking skills in the digital realm. Understanding that issues facing youth today are often interconnected with digital aspects, the organization aims to create spaces for young people to engage meaningfully with digital tools. Project also identified a need to strengthen the potential and capacity of NGOs involved in youth work. This involves integrating technology and digital tools into the fabric of everyday youth work. By doing so, NGOs can better correspond to the contemporary needs and expectations of young people.
