The international youth exchange project Connecting Roma - The world still stands on the youth included and connected 32 participants, most of them with fewer opportunities, from three program EU countries: Croatia, Italy and Slovenia. The project represents the continuation of the cooperation of partner organizations that have already participated in a similar international youth exchange. Through various activities, we enabled quality leisure time and encouraged social integration and interculturality. By carrying out the project content of informal learning, socializing and guided workshops with mentors for young people with fewer opportunities, members of the Roma community and descendants of migrants in the EU, we wanted to enable the acquisition of new experiences, role models and knowledge, as well as getting to know young people in other European countries, and indirectly encourage motivation for inclusion in educational processes, reduction of school enrollment dropout, interculturality and intergenerational solidarity and getting to know different cultures belonging to and belonging to the Roma community in EU countries. We paid special attention to promoting the socialization of young people and personal conversations with the participants regarding various life topics.
