The RURAL MOVEZ project was designed to bring young people who live in rural areas and do not have as many opportunities as others to get closer to and get to know sports and a healthy lifestyle. This set also includes well-being and mental health, which is very important nowadays due to the stressful and very fast everyday life, because good mental health is a large part of a healthy lifestyle. We encouraged young people to exercise more and regularly, engage in various sports activities, and also teach them about healthy eating habits. Sports activities are mostly carried out in the circle of friends or acquaintances, so they can also be very fun and not only do we take care of our health and well-being during activities, but we also socialize and spend free time with people who mean a lot to us in life. As part of the project, all activities were carried out in nature as much as possible, as this contributed to the well-being of young people and thus gained ideas on how to spend quality free time and what activities can be carried out. With the sports activities and games that were carried out, we wanted to show young people how important cooperation and perseverance are to achieve their goals. At the same time, we also taught them about teamwork and what is important in it. With the project, we wanted to achieve and emphasize that all young people can have equal opportunities to a healthy lifestyle, regardless of where they come from or in which area they live. The goals that we wanted to achieve with the project were: - to enable young people from rural areas to participate in sports, - Encourage young people from rural areas to lead a healthy lifestyle, - Promoting behavioural patterns that enable a healthy lifestyle, - present a healthy lifestyle, - approach good eating habits, - To raise awareness of the importance of mental health, - preventively warn of possible problems with an unhealthy lifestyle, - raise self-esteem, - improve communication skills, - Present the importance of teamwork (especially through team sports activities), - acquire new competencies important for further life (perseverance, adaptation, self-confidence, tolerance, dedication, belonging, self-confidence), - social inclusion, - Present the Erasmus+ project and idea. The young people were motivated for all the activities that were carried out during the youth exchange, and as part of this, they also learned a lot and gained new knowledge, experience and skills for their further life.
