The purpose of the youth exchange was for young people from different countries to connect with each other and, through their thinking and possible experiences, find the necessary solutions to face climate change and the environmental crisis. All these changes affect not only our planet, but above all each individual, as all of this has the greatest impact on our lifestyle. Through the activity, young people gained new knowledge, as they focused on the most important areas that cause climate change. These are: sustainable tourism, sustainable mobility, sustainable food production and consumption, migration, examples of good practice, and raising awareness and encouraging others around them about the consequences of climate change and how they can make a difference in life and prevent our planet from changing so quickly. The objectives of the project were to raise awareness among young people about the problems and consequences of climate change, to encourage active thinking and search for solutions, to promote environmental and social responsibility, to get acquainted with examples of good practice, to develop various competencies of young people - foreign language, personal competences, to strengthen European identity and values, to get acquainted with the culture, customs and traditions of partner countries, to encourage an active lifestyle, promoting and educating young people to be active in local communities and increasing young people's awareness of Erasmus+ projects.
