Green skills were identified as the central and most crucial topic of the project. With the ever-growing importance of environmental sustainability and the urgent need to address climate change, the acquisition and development of green skills have become essential for the current and future workforce. The project aimed to explore and promote a wide range of green skills that would equip participants with the knowledge and capabilities to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market focused on environmental responsibility and eco-friendly practices. Through the means of this project, participants delved into various aspects of green skills, including but not limited to renewable energy technologies, sustainable agriculture, waste management, eco-design, green entrepreneurship, and environmental conservation. 2. To create a space for exchanging good practices and learning from each other among young people about climate change and the environmental regulations and requirements within the EU labor market. We organized several workshops for young people to share their ideas, best practices and individual accounts of green labor market. Participats learned how to apply these skills in their career and communities, contributing to the creation of environmentally friendly businesses, projects, and initiatives. Participants came from a variety of EU countries, so this offered rich ground for analyzing regional differences in environmental laws and practices. 3. To learn knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in, develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society to support youth participation. Participants prepared recommendations for municipalities. By encouraging participants to initiate or join environmental initiatives in their communities, an active citizenship and sense of responsibility were fostered. Last but not least, we aimed to engage youth in environmental initiatives. This means encouraging them to take actions that improve the local environment.
