By implementing the project "Champions Factory," our primary goal was to raise the quality of youth work within the participating organizations and enhance the facilitation skills of youth workers involved in Erasmus+ youth exchanges. The specific objectives of our project were as follows: To provide youth workers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competences to effectively facilitate the learning process during youth exchanges within the Erasmus+ program. To develop the professional competencies of youth workers by creating a space for practicing and discovering solutions to challenges encountered in youth work. To equip youth workers with a diverse range of tools, techniques, and resources that enhance their facilitation abilities and enable them to deliver high-quality youth exchanges. To foster cooperation and the exchange of experiences and best practices among the participants, promoting mutual learning and networking opportunities. To encourage the creativity and innovation of youth workers in their facilitation approaches, leading to the development of engaging and impactful learning experiences for young people. To support the strategic development of participating organizations by empowering youth workers to contribute to the quality improvement of youth work activities. To ensure the long-term sustainability of the project's results by disseminating acquired knowledge and skills among other youth workers and stakeholders beyond the project's lifetime. Through these objectives, we aimed to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of youth workers, improve the quality of youth exchanges, and ultimately contribute to the personal, social, and educational development of young people involved in Erasmus+ projects.
