Objectives

The hustle and bustle of work, tasks, and daily life, under the label of "digitalization," are causing our lives to rush by at an astonishing pace due to the countless virtual engagements we wholeheartedly surrender to. The actions we take to catch up with our lives, the frenzy of consumption, the detachment from production, and the increasing energy usage driven by technology dependency result in environmental challenges such as air, water, and noise pollution, leading to fatigue in both body and soul. Therefore, the fundamental aim of the project is not only to mitigate the physical and spiritual fatigue prevalent among people worldwide but also to diminish the harmful effects of noise, toxic gases, pollutants, dust, and radiation, as well as various negativities arising from industry and other activities. Simultaneously, the project aims to enhance both mental and physical health through our forests, which serve as havens for renewal, catering to all five senses, thereby reducing stress and nurturing a sense of calmness. To accomplish this goal, activities conducted within the forest, hobbies pursued, and sports undertaken stimulate all five senses, contributing to mental and physical tranquility while reducing fatigue. Our specific objectives and accomplishments to support our overarching goal were as follows: To inform young participants about daily routines, digitalization, the flow of virtual engagements, and physical-mental exhaustion. To cultivate awareness among youth about the positive impact of forests in mitigating various environmental challenges and pollution. To raise awareness among young people about how forests not only combat pollution but also contribute to mental and physical well-being, providing a space for renewal through their service to all five senses. To improve the mental and physical health of young individuals through forest activities that engage all five senses, while also facilitating social interactions. To create awareness among local communities about how forests activate all five senses to promote mental and physical tranquility.
