Our project consortium attaches importance to combating cultural erosion and wants to explore Europe's musical richness and musical heritage in the field of music, with the slogan "Bring Youth Closer, Unite and Empower" expressed in the 2019-2027 Youth Strategy Document of the European Commission. Respecting national and regional cultural diversity, drawing attention to cultural heritage, preserving cultures and making them accessible to others are among the objectives of the EU, which is proud of its cultural diversity. During the writing phase of the presented project, all countries included in the consortium applied a questionnaire to their young members. A total of 96 young people from all countries participated in the study, in which the online questionnaire was used as a method. According to the results of the survey; It is seen that the young people are united in the opinion that the rich European cultural and artistic accumulation is not sufficiently announced and promoted to the people of the world, and that it is extremely important for the promotion of their national cultures that the musical works bearing the traces of the cultures of the country reach the level to be listened to in the countries of other cultures are seen to support the view that it is extremely important. Individuals with artistic and creative skills want to show and exhibit these features to their peers, family and surroundings. For example, our creative young people who have a beautiful voice, can sing songs, play instruments at an amateur or professional level, and dance freely, unfortunately, could not fully share their talents during the pandemic period. In this context, young people with limited opportunities; They need to be aware that their future is the EU. The way for young people to acquire EU awareness is possible by developing their sense of belonging to the European Union. In order for young people to see that differences are riches, it is necessary for young people to live in an environment of different cultures, to act together based on social inclusion, regardless of culture, nationality or gender. In order to contribute to the solution of the aforementioned problems, it emerges as a result of the continuous interaction of young people with different colors, different languages, different clothes, different cultures, socio-economically disadvantaged and intertwined with music, using musical instruments such as songs, artists, musical stories, dances, and musical instruments. the emergence of a new cultural structure can be a good way. The partnership structure has been established with organizations that have proven themselves culturally, artistically and musically from Romania, Italy, France, the Netherlands and the Republic of North Macedonia under the coordination of Turkey. One in five people in Europe is at risk of social exclusion. Such a high level of people living on the margins of society undermines social cohesion and limits the potential of "Europeans". It is the joint commitment of partners, relevant Institutions and stakeholders in combating social exclusion. Participating youth who are exposed to discrimination due to their socioeconomic disadvantage will be included in our project, which was created with the aim of ensuring social inclusion. Our project activities planned in accordance with the realization of the project objectives; One of the priorities of the Erasmus+ program is the promotion of young people's abilities with their active participation, cultural diversity, social cohesion, tolerance, enabling young people to think about the future of Europe and to participate in social life as active citizens. Music today; It is accepted as a social tool and goal that makes the most important contribution to intercultural dialogue, peace and friendship. We will use the inclusive, binding and integrative features of music to achieve the goals of our project. The aim of this project is to encourage the participation of young people in musical activities, to promote the common values of diversity, intercultural dialogue, tolerance and respect for human rights, to value the EU cultural music heritage by increasing the power of musical expression, to develop positive perspectives towards different cultures and to contribute to the socialization of our disadvantaged youth. In this extraordinary unexpected period like the pandemic, our young people want to present their talents by using the binding feature of music, supporting their cultural richness with some intellectual theoretical studies and outdoor activities. We believe that this project, created by the youth of partner countries by working together, will serve the youth goals of the European Union and make positive contributions.
