The concept of disability; It takes place in the literature as a concept with social, individual and social consequences. Especially after the industrial revolution, the concept of disability has become more frequently used in social life. Along with the industrial revolution, there has been an increase in the rate of disability as a result of occupational accidents, apart from the congenital disability. Disabled people are included in the scope of social policies as a disadvantaged group. Disabled people, who are one of the disadvantaged groups of the society, want to live together with the society like people with normal living conditions. As a result of industrial and technological developments, the mobility of social life and social developments, the demands of the disabled people to integrate with the society have become visible to other layers of the society. Although many inclusion policies are carried out on the integration of people with disabilities into life, sufficient awareness and awareness has not yet been reached on this issue Disability is an element of social exclusion. For the disabled, being prevented from social relations, cultural and social activities, access to basic services, close environment and economic field is seen as a second obstacle. For this reason, social inclusion/integration with society is of great importance for them. Social inclusion is the elimination of factors that may prevent individuals or groups exposed to social exclusion from taking part in socioeconomic life; is to ensure their integration with the society by bringing the living standards to an acceptable level in the society. Social inclusion is a change in attitude and behavior and meeting a common identity. Solidarity and cooperation are strengthened in societies living at peace with each other.
