The initiation of the youth exchange program was driven by two primary factors. The foremost pertained to the observed insufficiency of physical activities among the youth, coupled with their limited capacity to engage in various sports-related volunteer initiatives and fair play endeavors. All six collaborating partners encountered these overarching issues while engaging with the youth within their respective communities, spanning both rural and metropolitan settings. The resultant collective strategy manifested as a comprehensive thirteen-day program centered upon sports and a health-oriented lifestyle. Within this framework, seventy-two young individuals were afforded the opportunity to acquire adeptness in integrating sports volunteering into their daily routines and advocating for wholesome lifestyles within their communities. The collaborative endeavor bore resonance with the requisites of both the participating individuals and partner organizations. It aligns harmoniously with the aspirations of a mobility project, characterized by the following objectives: 1. Cultivating the advancement of volunteering through sports activities amongst a cohort of seventy-two young participants, hailing from six distinct nations. 2. Elevating the proficiency levels of pivotal competencies and proficiencies among young individuals to deter manifestations of aggressive behavior, employing outdoor team sports activities as facilitative measures. 3. Fostering an environment of diversity, intercultural discourse, and shared values emblematic of liberty, social inclusion, and enterprising spirit. 4. Raising consciousness concerning the merits of sports-related volunteerism and collaborative efforts, thus offering alternative avenues to endorse the cultivation of salubrious lifestyles among the youth. 5. Amplifying the organizational acumen pertaining to the incorporation of sports within youth-oriented initiatives. This enhancement is to be actualized over the course of thirteen days, thereby enriching the global dimension of youth-centric activities, across the six non-governmental organizations involved in the project.
