According to data from the OECD, the EU, and Turkey, approximately 15% of the world's population consists of individuals with disabilities. This means that there are approximately 1 billion disabled individuals worldwide. Unfortunately, disabled individuals have not been able to fully develop their abilities because they have not been fully integrated into society. However, with specialized education tailored to their needs, many disabled individuals can be actively integrated into society. Regrettably, many disabled individuals who have been excluded from society often cannot continue their education or enter the workforce. When employment opportunities are limited, many disabled individuals become financially and emotionally dependent on their families. Disabled individuals who are aware of this dependency may experience psychological problems and exhibit a tendency towards suicide. The main objectives of our project were to increase awareness of disabled individuals in society, integrate them into society, and support their personal development. In line with these goals, we established the following objectives: Integrate disabled individuals into society and improve their manual skills. Strengthen the communication skills of disabled individuals and boost their self-confidence. Encourage disabled individuals to participate in the job market and increase their participation in Erasmus+ projects. Strengthen the physical abilities of disabled individuals and empower them to be self-employed. Support and raise awareness among disabled families regarding the educational, vocational, and personal development of their children. Ensure the inclusion of disadvantaged participants in society, enhance their communication skills, increase their entrepreneurship, and provide employment opportunities within institutions related to disabled individuals. Raise awareness about disabled individuals among partners and local communities. In pursuit of these objectives, we implemented and evaluated our project. We aimed to create greater awareness of disabled individuals in society and improve their quality of life through the impact of our project.
