Our Project and Background Many people think about their interest in skills to choose the right career path. Deciding on a career path ensures that we have the right education and experiences and develop the skills necessary to be successful in our chosen field. It becomes extremely important to think about our interests and career goals when making certain life choices, such as which school we want to go to, which job is suitable for us, or which field we want to specialize in. In this sense, a career path is a plan detailing the positions we aim to have as we progress in our field. Therefore, it is very important that we outline our career goals, create a five- and ten-year plan, discover our personality type, review our previous experiences, compare the job requirements with our education, determine our interests, define our core values and consider our needs. In this context, our project was implemented to raise awareness of young people about what they should pay attention to during career planning and choosing the right profession, to help them gain awareness of the importance of career planning and choosing the right profession, and to enable them to know themselves and choose the profession that best suits their personality.
