The main objective of the project "Let’s get employed: Work or Start a Business?" was to provide young people and participating organizations with new tools and a broader understanding of the problems and potential solutions to combat youth unemployment. The project aimed to achieve this through two key components: Creating a Job and Finding a Job. These components were designed to help participants learn how to present themselves effectively to land a job and how to develop and pitch a business idea. The project's goals included improving participants' awareness of youth unemployment, enhancing their skills in writing resumes and cover letters, developing business ideas, public speaking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and increasing their understanding of the Erasmus+ program and its benefits for personal and professional development .
