Sustainable growth and development is one of the main objectives of all countries. Sustainability of economic growth and development requires the efficient use of scarce resources, capital accumulation, productivity increase, investment in human resources and technological innovations. It is a necessity to support women in order to be an important actor in the success of rural development plans and in the fight against unemployment. Increasing women's knowledge and skills and increasing their contribution to economic life in societies will certainly contribute to economic and social development. With this project, it is planned to discuss and develop what can be done to support women in rural areas in the dimension of the European Union, institutions working in the field of youth. In 2050, 75% of the world's population is expected to live in big cities. With this project, it is planned to reveal the opportunities of rural areas, especially women, and to develop the capacity of the institutions working in this field. At the same time, it is aimed to increase the skills of individuals working or having potential to work in this field and to contribute to rural development with institutions. As a result of the project, it is planned to publish the website, which will be prepared for the support of women's entrepreneurship in the rural areas, for the employees in the youth field and related persons. The content of the project consists of activities that support the most effective use of the concept of entrepreneurship in terms of equality between women and men. These events will be held in an environment where participants share active listeners and ideas. Other objectives of the project - To share examples of successful women's entrepreneurship in rural areas in EU and Turkey, -To contribute entrepreneurship strategies of EU and Turkey, -To increase number of female entrepreneurs in rural areas in EU and Turkey, - To increase the number of young entrepreneurs in EU and Turkey, - To provide equality between women and men in business life and rights dimension, - Contribute to a better understanding of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship concepts in societies, - Capacity development of institutions working in the field of youth, - Strengthening the international cooperation of the institutions working in the field of youth, - Contributing to development in rural areas, - Increasing the key competences of the individuals working in the youth field, - To increase awareness of Erasmus + program in rural areas, - Attracting attention to 19 November World Women Entrepreneurs day.
