The main objective of the project was to address the increasing youth unemployment, which had been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing economic crisis. This issue particularly affected young people between the ages of 15-30, even those who had graduated from universities, leading to a rise in youth unemployment across Europe. The project aimed to combat the negative impacts of youth unemployment, which include reduced employment opportunities and limited economic development, by promoting entrepreneurship as a solution. By implementing this project, the goal was to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of youth workers and experts working with young people in the field of entrepreneurship. The project sought to raise awareness about youth entrepreneurship within non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working with youth, support youth workers in launching entrepreneurial activities, and increase their capacity in this field. The project aimed to encourage the participants to take an active role in addressing youth unemployment through entrepreneurship. Upon completion, participants were expected to mentor young people who had not yet entered the labor market, helping them develop their entrepreneurial ideas, create business plans, and access financial resources. Additionally, the participants were encouraged to organize awareness-raising activities about entrepreneurship, provide basic entrepreneurship training, and guide young people on topics such as branding, patenting, and technology transfer. Through this project, participants would gain a deeper understanding of their role in society and the European future, learning to design business strategies and create new employment opportunities. By sharing the knowledge and skills they acquired with their peers and the communities they work with, the project aimed to foster the development of youth entrepreneurship and increase the employability of young people in their local contexts.
