Unemployment, and especially youth unemployment, is a major problem all over the world. This unemployment problem negatively affects the economic situation of countries. The problem of youth unemployment, which reaches insignificant rates and can include economic, social and political dimensions, obliges many people and fields, from bureaucrats to economists, to work on this issue. With our project, it was aimed to draw attention to youth unemployment, which is the most important element of the unemployment phenomenon that has turned into a spiral affecting generations, to offer suggestions to solve this problem by determining the causes and dimensions of unemployment, and to ensure that youth workers have the knowledge to guide young people with this awareness. In this regard, it was aimed to raise awareness at local, regional, national and international level. The implementation of our project is based on the idea that there is no problem that cannot be solved when societies unite, work for each other and try to help each other. In this context, it is thought that solving the problems in small and less populated areas can contribute to the easier and faster solution of problems in large and more populated areas. With each participant in our project, we have ensured that people grow and develop this hope. The objectives of the project are; * Identifying and disseminating youth unemployment rates in countries and making them known by societies, * Raising social awareness about employment problems in countries, * Identifying the inaccuracies in the unemployment and employment policies implemented in the countries' own administrative systems, * To get people to rethink the 'they don't like jobs' perspective on youth unemployment and employment issues, * Increasing the motivation of participants on youth unemployment and employment issues, * Enabling participants to venture into new areas within the scope of economic activities and to have knowledge about entrepreneurship activities, * Informing participants about new technologies and entrepreneurship activities, * Raising awareness on economics by using the comparison technique, * Participants to question the situation and the process, * Societies support young people in unemployment and employment processes, * Supporting the social cohesion of individuals who are part of the society, * Contributing to the employment processes of young people who have unemployment problems in various countries, regardless of their size, * Promoting intercultural dialogue, * Combining different cultures to combat social discrimination, * Increasing the language and communication skills of the participants, *To help the participants overcome their inhibitions.
