Overall Objective: The main aim of the project is to develop national, international, and regional cooperation among youth workers to address the issue of youth social exclusion, particularly focusing on those who are NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training). The project aims to improve the quality of youth work and enhance the capacity of youth workers to engage NEET youth effectively. Specific Objectives: a. Create a Collaborative Atmosphere: Foster national cooperation among youth organizations to create a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging mutual assistance and understanding in involving young people in social society. b. Facilitate Regional/International Cooperation: Encourage regional and international cooperation, bringing together organizations from neighboring countries and those facing similar challenges, to explore new solutions and synergies to address the issue of NEET youth. c. Share Experiences and Knowledge: Provide a platform for sharing different realities, exchanging experiences, and sharing good practices regarding working with NEET youth and youth at risk of social exclusion. d. Develop Practical Materials: Develop practical materials such as brochures with recommendations on how to involve NEET youth in full social life, aiming for further dissemination among youth workers and stakeholders. e. Promote Social Integration: Promote the social integration and involvement of youth to foster EU social cohesion, emphasizing the importance of youth work in achieving this goal. f. Enhance Networking and Project Building: Facilitate networking among participants and create a space for project building, especially in the context of the Erasmus+ Program. g. Increase Competences and Dissemination: Increase participants' competences to disseminate learning achievements and explore possibilities for developing national and regional cooperation in the field of youth work. h. Strengthen Youth Work and International Cooperation: Strengthen participants' and organizations' competences and capabilities in youth work and international dimensions and cooperation. i. Strategize for Sustainable Impact: Develop a strategy for sharing knowledge at the local, national, regional, and international levels to ensure the sustainability and lasting impact of the project. j. Empower Youth Workers: Utilize non-formal education methods to empower youth workers, enabling them to set up their own projects and initiatives that focus on engaging and assisting NEET youth effectively. k. Foster Professional and Personal Development: Enhance attitudes, skills, knowledge, and understanding among youth workers to support their personal and professional development and contribute to the advancement of organizations and the region. These objectives collectively aim to address the challenges related to NEET youth and social exclusion, providing a platform for collaboration, sharing of experiences, and development of practical strategies to foster youth inclusion and social cohesion.
