The project is designed to bring together youth workers working in the field of education and develop their social and technical skills. In this context, 4 headings were determined as "Digital Literacy, Communication Skills, Collaboration and Organization Skills, Crisis Management" and it was aimed to contribute to the personal development and capacity building of youth workers in their business and social lives, to provide them with an international network, and to ensure that they take the lead in transferring these competencies to young people.
