1) Ensuring that youth and sports employees within the scope of the project are orientated towards curling sports branch by increasing their knowledge competences through innovation trainings 2) We wanted to introduce disadvantaged young people who were late in starting sports to the curling branch with green practices, to ensure their equal participation in sports, to improve their perspectives positively and to facilitate their adaptation to social life.
1) Since the starting age of curling is 14, introducing the late talents to this branch and providing opportunities for young people to become performance athletes, 2) Improving the capacity of the institution by increasing the professional competences of youth and sports employees, 3) Due to natural conditions, non-renewable energy resource costs of winter sports facilities (ice rink, simulation, etc.) in Central Anatolia are high. For this reason, ensuring energy saving and supporting green transformation by spreading the Floor Curling branch locally, 4) As the project subject Floor Curling branch is not known in Europe and the application method supports the awareness of the EU's green transformation, sustainable production and consumption mobilisation, this project was applied and the local needs were met.
