The aim is to strengthen and develop key skills in education and promote the professional development of academic staff. This is achieved through short-term and long-term mobility of students, job shadowing of academic staff, inviting experts and participation in courses and training.
Climate change and its challenges in viticulture and fruit growing is a central topic at our institution. New findings from research projects are communicated in numerous national and international lectures and publications. The protection of designations of origin and regional characteristics is also an important research topic. This is supported by isotope analysis. This topic is deepened through the practical professional qualification of students.
