Objectives

With the implementation of the 2023 project, our goal was to distribute existing resources as efficiently as possible across all types of mobility and to enable a high number of mobilities despite a limited budget. A total of 196 mobilities were realized, 86% of which were student mobilities and 14% of which were staff mobilities (a slight increase compared to the previous project period in the areas of student and teaching mobility). In contrast to the previous project, the focus was more on traineeships than on short-term mobility. This resulted in higher budgetary requirements and a slight reduction in the total number of mobilities. Nevertheless, we utilized almost the entire budget, spending 99.85% of the funds available. We also successfully coordinated two Blended Intensive Programmes within this project. At the same time, we continuously optimized processes, particularly regarding Erasmus Without Paper, to handle as many learning agreements as possible digitally and conclude numerous inter-institutional agreements with our partner institutions digitally. The generally high satisfaction rates of recent projects were maintained in this project period and even increased slightly in terms of administrative processing in outgoing and incoming areas. This indicates that the project was successfully implemented. There were also slight increases in regards to conveying the horizontal priorities (inclusion, digital transition, participation in democratic life, common values, and civic engagement) in this project.
