The primary aim of implementing this Erasmus+ project at the University of Education Salzburg Stefan Zweig was to further strengthen the international dimension of teacher education by promoting and facilitating international mobilities for both students and staff. Through increased participation in mobility programmes and international cooperation, we sought to enhance the professional and intercultural competencies of our academic and administrative community, contributing to the overall quality of teacher training. In particular, we aimed to expand staff mobility for teaching and training as an integral part of our institutional staff development strategy. This was complemented by efforts to support student mobilities through our active role in a regional consortium, where shared resources and expertise improve both the quality and accessibility of mobility opportunities. Another key objective was to advance the digital transformation of international mobility processes. During the project period, we made significant progress in implementing the Erasmus Without Papers initiative, which plays a crucial role in modernizing mobility administration. By embracing digital tools and workflows, we aimed to streamline procedures, reduce administrative burden, and ensure more transparent, efficient, and sustainable mobility management. Overall, the project was designed to strengthen international networks, promote institutional learning, and ensure that the University of Education Salzburg Stefan Zweig remains a proactive and future-oriented actor within the European Education Area.
