Objectives

As a Responsible University, WU is committed to educating people who will contribute to social development and address various global challenges. The Erasmus+ program played a crucial role in providing international experiences for students and staff, which was in line with WU's goal of promoting a European and global mindset. By implementing this Erasmus project, we aimed to achieve several key objectives in line with WU's Erasmus Policy Statement: 1. Global Mindset: Foster a global perspective through diverse international experiences. 2. Curricular Value: Integrate international mobility into the curriculum. 3. Practical Experience: Offer hands-on international work experience. 4. Professional Development: Provide training, job shadowing, and guest lectures for staff. 5. Collaborative Learning: Facilitate collaborative learning and intercultural exchange through Blended Intensive Programs. These activities aimed to improve understanding between participating universities and promote the development of new cooperative activities and innovative projects. For participants, the project sought to prepare them for global challenges by improving intercultural and language skills, flexibility, empathy and tolerance as key values.
