The planned objectives were fully achieved during the project period (1 June 2023 to 31 July 2025). All mobility activities (MOB) were carried out abroad, where both students (STUD) and teachers (STAFF) had the opportunity to further their education and development. The horizontal priorities of the ECHE Charter were adhered to. MOBs were implemented as green mobilities, the digital skills of those involved were promoted, and teaching mobilities were also made possible for administrative staff. The focus was, among other things, on improving information, selection, preparation, monitoring and support for outgoings (OUT) and implementing EU innovations in the curriculum (e.g. BIP, eTwinning). As part of a BIP, virtual components were carried out and physical mobility on site was implemented extremely successfully. With five training focuses, PPH Augustinum offers an attractive European and international study structure for inkommings (INC). The range of English-language courses has been expanded. Further events for OUT and INC, such as the Beyond the Border Café (BBC), Erasmus Day and participation in a BIP, have strengthened the international dimension of PPH Augustinum and intensified relationships with our partner universities in the long term. The format of short-term internship was made more attractive through selected schools abroad. New agreements were concluded with three HEIs and existing collaborations were revived through mobility programmes (STAFF + OUT).
