The project’s objectives are structured in three parts. First, it aims to strengthen students’ professional and digital skills, ultimately facilitating their integration into the job market. Second, it focuses on developing specific skills related to their sectors, namely practical knowledge in office work and commerce. The final objective is to foster students’ autonomy and motivation to pursue further education after high school.
AR Sippelberg is continuing its internationalisation journey through its second project in the field of VET, with the aim of enhancing students’ employability and reducing early school leaving. This is made possible by offering them the opportunity to travel within Europe for a work placement. The mobilities aim to develop key competences that would be more difficult to foster in traditional internships in Belgium.
