Objectives

Context and objectives The mobility project was designed as part of Haute École Charlemagne’s international strategy, with the ambition of training citizens and professionals capable of evolving in multicultural and constantly changing environments. It sought to offer both students and staff the opportunity to strengthen their linguistic, academic and intercultural competences, while also consolidating their autonomy and adaptability. Particular attention was given to inclusion, so that students from disadvantaged backgrounds or with specific needs could benefit from tailored support. The project was also aligned with the horizontal priorities of the Erasmus+ programme, by promoting more sustainable mobilities (use of environmentally friendly modes of transport, development of blended formats) and integrating digital tools to improve management and monitoring. In order to showcase experiences and inspire new candidates, participants’ testimonies were widely disseminated: regular publications on the institution’s social media channels, video clips broadcast on campus television screens, and presentations during information evenings. Finally, one of the major objectives was to enhance the institution’s attractiveness and the quality of its academic partnerships, by diversifying the destinations offered and consolidating its international network.
