During the period under review, and while adapting to sometimes unpredictable circumstances, Hénallux worked to achieve the objectives it had set for itself in terms of strategic alignment (between Erasmus+ priorities, its international ambitions, and its overall strategic plan), mobility management, and attractiveness. While valuing the skills acquired by students and staff members, we also wished to emphasize the importance of aspects related to the dissemination and evaluation of the project itself, as well as supporting the ecological and digital transition, inclusion, and civic engagement. Beyond these objectives, we also paid particular attention to the organization of the international relations office and the stabilization of its operations. Specifically, while the international relations office was undergoing a reorganization process that was ultimately intended to improve its functioning and provide better support to project participants, it was left without coordination for several months, which slowed down processes directly or indirectly related to mobility. At the same time, the trends observed in mobility (for example, student internships) did not match initial forecasts, and changes were made to the funding allocated in 2024. We therefore aimed to manage the allocated funds prudently and to achieve the greatest possible financial equity in the allocation of grants. Despite these challenges, related both to the management of the international relations office and to the evolving demands for mobility, we ensured the continuity and effectiveness of mobility support, while fostering innovation in our practices. Thus, the implementation of the project not only enabled progress towards the set objectives, but also ensured the resilience and sustainability of our international activities, for the benefit of the entire university college community
