Objectives

The aim of this project was to strengthen the internationalisation of the Léonard de Vinci University College in a post-COVID context marked by the need to rebuild academic and human ties on an international scale. We wanted to offer our students and staff mobility opportunities that go beyond the simple academic experience to become real levers for personal, intercultural and professional development. The primary objective was to enable each student to enjoy an enriching international experience, through studies or internships, in order to develop essential cross-disciplinary skills: intercultural openness, critical and complex thinking, adaptability, empathy and active citizenship. For staff, mobility was intended to be a tool for continuing professional development, enabling them to discover new teaching and organisational practices and strengthen their professional and language skills. These actions also aimed to align the implementation of the project with HE Vinci's 2022-2025 Strategic Plan, which places internationalisation at the heart of education, with a particular focus on inclusion, diversity, sustainable mobility and digital transition. Finally, we wanted to strengthen our international partnerships in Europe and beyond, particularly with countries in the Global South, in order to diversify destinations and promote solidarity-based and balanced cooperation. All of these objectives reflect our desire to make Erasmus+ not only a mobility programme, but also a strategic tool for institutional transformation and pedagogical quality.
