This Erasmus+ project is an essential part of the implementation of the strategy of HEPH-Condorcet and the SRI (international relations department). It enables them to meet the needs of the Condorcet community (students and staff) and its partners. This project has made it possible to organise and support international mobility for students and staff. Through a study trip or internship abroad, participants have the opportunity to enrich themselves personally and academically by accessing innovative teaching methods and the professional environment of foreign companies. For the first time, we have implemented a Blended Intensive Programme, which has strengthened ties with two partner institutions (French and Portuguese). As part of a continuous improvement process, the implementation of the project incorporated areas for improvement identified in previous reports, feedback from students and teachers, and participation in internal and external meetings with other higher education institutions. All of this has contributed to improving services for the Condorcet community and IN participants and has strengthened the internationalisation of teaching activities. In order to provide high-quality services, the project relied on collaboration within the institution and its departments. The project involved subject tutors and various student support services (student support services, success promotion, social services, support for students with special needs), teachers (research services, internationalisation @ home, teaching support) and general services (communication, finance and digitalisation services) all contributed to its success.
