Background

We applied for the FranIT project because we identified the need to strengthen the cultural, linguistic, innovative methodological and inclusion skills of teachers and facilitators in order to improve the training of adult learners, migrants and prisoners. This is in line with the European strategy for multilingualism, which aims to facilitate social cohesion, integration and inclusion of adults with fewer opportunities, and intercultural dialogue. Specific needs: - To innovate in the creation of teaching tools for foreign language teaching, with multicultural and intergenerational groups of students, and for active practice in their daily lives and local activities in Brussels and Naples. - Improve the inclusion of our target audience as well as their autonomy in their integration process and their sense of belonging to the European Union. - Promote high-quality, innovative language courses tailored to disadvantaged groups (immigrants, women, prisoners). - Strengthen networking and cooperation between partner NGOs and improve through the exchange of good practices.
