PXL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (PXL) aims to build a dynamic community of students, staff, and partner organisations with the X-factor, distinguished by strong (inter)disciplinary skills, passion & empathy, international collaboration, and an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset. Through our participation in the Erasmus+ KA131 project, our objectives were to: - Develop a future-oriented community of internationally competent and critically minded students and staff; - Establish sustainable international partnerships; and - Enhance the international profile of the institution. Alongside traditional student and staff exchanges, blended mobility place an important role, enabling virtual international collaboration for those for whom physical mobility is not possible or appropriate. Within this project, our specific aims were to: - Strengthen traditional mobility activities for both students and staff; - Expand opportunities for blended intensive programmes and short-term blended mobility, thereby reaching new target groups for student exchange. Special attention was also given to encouraging green travel throughout the project.
