"Challenge You(th) to Change You(th)" gathered 26 young people, each group leader from Belgium and Spain, and 2 from Georgia. The project had the following objectives: -Investigate the concept of mental health and well-being; -Identify challenges young people face when trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle in our countries and communities, and share information about the local situation; -Increase young people's awareness of different sports and physical activities and cultivate their interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle; -Collaborate to devise strategies for reaching and promoting healthy lifestyles among young people; -Raise awareness among stakeholders in our countries about the needs of young people who are socially excluded due to unhealthy lifestyles; -Promoting Erasmus+ programme, ESC and its opportunities. The Youth Exchange (YE) project aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people by exposing them to both urban and rural environments. Participants explored the benefits of outdoor activities and learned how to implement healthy habits into their daily lives. The project also raised awareness about environmental sustainability. The initial days of the YE was held in Rustavi, and the final days in Kazbegi (Stepantsminda), where participants engaged in outdoor activities in a rural area with locals to promote healthy living and environmental awareness. After the project ended, young people organized follow up activities and engaged in networking on the project topic.
