The "Destination" project brought together 32 youths and 8 supervisors in Paris from July 20th to 29th, 2023. This project facilitated physical meetings among the youths who, since the lockdown, had been collaborating via digital platforms on another Erasmus project. They were provided with a platform for artistic expression (dance, singing, poetry, & rap) to share their personal experiences on the topic of immigration, which has been their focus for over a year. The youths shared their passion for dance and expressed aspirations to pursue a career in this field. They engaged with professionals from the industry who actively participated in the project, sharing their experiences and offering guidance. During 10 days, we took on the challenge of translating the outcomes of the exchange in a musical. We organized workshops where we crafted the script based on the youths' narratives, created choreographies, music, and songs. Additionally, cultural evenings were organized, and the participants had the opportunity to explore Paris.
