We have formulated 3 goals: 1. 21st century skills: changing the approach to teaching - improving the level of key competencies, knowledge and skills that are crucial for personal fulfillment and development in the field of adult education. 2. Improving the quality and implementing new approaches in adult education - renewing existing and creating new programs. 3. Building a European network with partner organizations for enhanced transnational cooperation.
"EvroPro" - Ltd is a training center established in 2021. The project aims to cover the need for change in our work in the following areas: selection of new topics, tailored to the professional profiles of pedagogical specialists; qualification of the lecturer team; ensuring excellent organization and logistics of training; access to electronic materials and resources; organizing and conducting trainings, seminars, courses, workshops and qualification forums not only in Bulgarian, etc.
