We set ourselves 4 main goals: 1. Learning skills for developing Erasmus+ projects. 2. Building a European formal professional contact network with potential partner organisations in the field of adult education and training. 3. Capacity building to deliver a variety of adult learning activities in the field of sustainable development. 4. Gaining "on the ground" first-hand experience of the programme, for the promotion and development of ASDDA among the local community.
Dedicated to our development and driven to achieve the goals of ASRD, we have developed the Learn out to grow up project to support and secure the future of our young organisation in 2 areas: building key skills and competencies for applying and managing Erasmus projects and building capacity to deliver training on sustainable development and more specifically sustainable living, which is our priority for 2024. In this way we have laid the foundations for the sustainable future of the Alliance.
