In accordance with the stated needs, the project has 3 specific objectives. Objective 1. Learning new skills and innovative approaches for working in the fashion and beauty sector. Objective 2: Development of users' foreign language and intercultural competences. Objective 3: Development of the school's international cooperation by creating new partnerships with employers, social partners and an internship association.
The project addresses the needs of the Vocational High School of Textiles and Fashion Design - Varna to modernize the training in the field of making clothes from textiles, including modern trends for sustainability, computerized work methods, as well as in the field of personal services, including the acquisition of skills for working with international clients, observing European trends and learning new things in the profession. The second identified need is related to the demand to expand foreign language competences, to learn specific terminology in the profession, to acquire communication skills in a multicultural environment and with international clients, to develop social skills in an intercultural environment. The third need is to further develop the international activity of the school and expand the network of employer partners, associations for organizing internships, social partners, similar schools in order to upgrade professional competences.
