The National Academy of Music "Pancho Vladigerov" is the oldest higher musical educational institution in Bulgaria. Here is studied the full spectrum of musical-theoretical disciplines, instruments of contemporary symphony orchestra, classical and contemporary vocal mastery, pop and jazz instruments and vocals. As a general policy in the implementation of the program period 2014-2021 period was the growth of contracts with the most renowned and significant institutions of music education in Europe. The main goal of the development strategy of the program at the National Academy of Music , after more than 15 years of extremely successful work, is to move to a new level, namely to allow new initiatives .Now, already during the fifth year of the period 2021-2027, we are building our strategies on the basis of what has been achieved and in line with the new tasks set by the European commission, namely the development of cooperation at a new level, especially attention to students with fewer opportunities, experience of ecological travel, digitization and even better methods of organizing the overall work process .The task of inclusion in the Central European Initiative set in the previous program period is already a fact- contracts with Serbia, Albania, Croatia, North Macedonia. We are particularly pleased with the opportunity to undertake activities related to a form that is very suitable for our specifics, namely Blended Intensive Program. We consider activities in this area to be very promising for our development. Continuous contact with our partners in discussing and exploring opportunities for joint work has become one of our main themes, both in our current and future work on the program
