The main objective of the University of Forestry through the Erasmus+ KA131 project was to strengthen its international dimension by implementing all four types of mobility: student mobility for studies, student mobility for traineeships, staff mobility for teaching, and staff mobility for training. The project aimed to support the university’s internationalisation strategy, improve the quality of education and research, and foster the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices with European partner institutions. The administrative structure in charge of the Erasmus+ programme provided effective coordination and support for all project activities. During the reporting period, the university made notable progress in the digitalisation of Erasmus+ processes. It successfully worked with the Erasmus Dashboard and continued using online inter-institutional agreements and Online Learning Agreements for incoming students under the Erasmus Without Paper framework. These developments facilitated the renewal of existing partnerships and the establishment of new ones. The project achieved remarkable quantitative and qualitative results. Although 36 mobilities were initially granted, a total of 38 mobilities were successfully implemented — the highest number achieved by the University of Forestry since the beginning of its participation in the Erasmus+ programme. This growth reflects the increasing interest and engagement of both students and staff in international activities and demonstrates the university’s strengthened capacity to manage a higher volume of mobilities effectively. Overall, the project significantly contributed to raising the visibility of the University of Forestry within the European Higher Education Area and to advancing its long-term internationalisation goals.
