The project includes student mobility for studies and traineeships and staff mobility for teaching and training at 22 partner universities of Burgas Free University and 1 institution in the Erasmus+ Programme countries. The aim of the project is to give opportunities to the students, teachers and staff of BFU to study, teach, train in international, multicultural environment. Seventy-seven students, teachers and staff members from Burgas Free University participated in the project. BFU also hosted 9 incoming student mobilities for studies and 20 incoming staff mobilities for teaching/training. Three Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPS) for students and staff were also successfully implemented under the project- ‘Sustainable Blue Economy’ with 46 participants, “CODE@BURGAS” with 16 participants и “My Digital Me” with 19 participants. For the successful implementation of the mobilities and, in reference with the quality assurance of the activities, BFU set up the following aims: - To increase the motivation of students and staff for participation in the mobility programme - to increase the outgoing mobility flows of both students and staff - To develop a transparent and fair procedure for information, recruitment, selection and preparation of the outgoing student/staff mobilities - To achieve full academic recognition of the students' results and staff mobilities in the partner universities.
