Our goal was to improve the quality of education and advance the internationalization of our university. We aimed to provide students, academic staff, and administrative personnel with opportunities to acquire new competencies, enhance their language skills, and gain practical experience in an international environment. We aimed to create conditions that foster greater competitiveness among students, increased confidence among academic staff, and stronger engagement among administrative staff. In addition, we aimed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices between partner institutions and to build a sustainable network of academic contacts. Another important objective was to promote our university internationally by attracting foreign students and expanding our presence across Europe. Through these initiatives, we aimed not only to improve the overall quality of education and administrative services, but also to create an environment in which everyone can gain valuable experience and contribute to establishing our university as an active and competitive partner within the international academic community.
