Objectives

The project, organized by the Children with Special Needs Association, was initiated with a clear understanding of the need for social and professional integration of young people with special needs. These young people often face many challenges related to their participation in public life and finding their place in the labour market. The main objectives of the project are aimed at overcoming these challenges by creating appropriate conditions for the development of their personal and professional skills. The project aims to achieve these goals through various initiatives, including training, support and active engagement of young people in social and cultural activities. Furthermore, the project aims to raise awareness of the importance of cultural diversity and promote tolerance and solidarity in the community. The inclusion of young people with disabilities and their support through specialized programs is an essential element of the project, striving to provide these young people with the tools and opportunities they need to develop fully. The project also aims to develop the digital skills of the participants, which are necessary for their successful realization in the modern technological world. This includes both training in basic digital competences and promoting the use of new technologies in their daily and professional lives. In this way, the project not only supports the personal development of young people, but also contributes to their better integration into society and the workplace. The ultimate goal of the project is to create a more integrated and socially responsible society in which young people with special needs have equal opportunities for development and participation. Through its many activities and initiatives, the project contributes to building a stronger and more tolerant society that values diversity and supports all its members, regardless of their differences.
