Since the current project was implemented within the framework of the received Erasmus+ Accreditation, the activities planned within it and their objectives align with the overarching goals set in the Accreditation Plan until 2027, namely: Goal 1. Promoting non-formal education among young people as a key factor for their personal and professional development – by providing opportunities for young people to achieve personal and professional fulfillment, preparing them for their future social roles, and enhancing their adaptability to the environment: We emphasized the importance of skills acquired through non-formal education as equally essential to personal and professional development as those gained through the formal education system. The implemented activities fostered transversal skills acquired through experiential learning and participation in a multicultural environment. This contributed to personal development, smoother adaptation, and career orientation for young people and youth workers in the dynamic modern society. Participation in KA1 activities under the Erasmus+ Programme proved to be an effective tool for developing flexibility, decision-making skills in non-standard situations, building contacts and networks, as well as for personal expression of the participants. Goal 2. Encouraging civic engagement and volunteer work among young people: We created conditions for better access of young people and youth workers to information, opportunities for self-expression, and participation in initiatives of social importance. We supported the process of building youth communities and interest-based groups, where participants support each other and share values and ideas. Through their involvement in their own initiatives and formats of non-formal learning, young people developed confidence, advocacy skills, and an active civic position. We also raised participants' awareness of the forms of civic participation at the European level. Goal 3. Improving the quality of youth work at the national, European, and international levels through exchange of experience and expertise with other youth organizations and institutions: To the extent permitted by the scale of the current project, we responded to the challenges faced by youth work in the post-pandemic context by initiating the exchange of best practices and joint strategies for the emotional, mental, and social recovery of young people, placing a strong emphasis on combating social isolation using various tools. We supported the creation of sustainable partnerships between organizations with different capacities and expertise. Intersectoral cooperation and the development of networks that facilitate the sharing of resources and solutions were encouraged. Goal 4. Promoting human rights, equality, and solidarity by ensuring equal access for disadvantaged young people in local, national, and international youth projects: We placed particular focus on promoting human rights, equality, and solidarity by ensuring equal access for disadvantaged young people and youth workers. The project provided opportunities for the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities — including those from small towns, socially vulnerable groups, economically disadvantaged families, those exposed to discrimination, and with cultural differences. Additional support and adapted working formats were provided, enabling active participation, self-expression, and the development of each individual’s potential.
