The purpose of the project is to put in the hands of librarians and information specialists an educational tool that can be used by them in the work with citizens and users of their institutions. Today, in the conditions of post-Covid and a military conflict in the borders of Europe, the problem with the spread of unreliable content is more than exacerbated due to the unsatisfactory level of skills for working with information.
