Our objectives for this project were to enhance course quality within 15 months as our teachers will have acquired updated skills and techniques through their professional development program, expand our international network to participate in at least two European projects(KA2) within two years and create new learning programs that address the new needs arising from current conditions.Finally, we aimed to empower our teachers to come up with innovative ideas for teaching and learning languages.
Our project focuses on enhancing the teaching quality at our online Greek language school, catering to foreign-speaking adults. The training activities include courses to improve and expand our teachers' skills and techniques and learn new teaching methods. We aimed to improve our courses, exchange ideas with colleagues outside Cyprus, and expand our network. This project gave our teachers the necessary skills, naturally resulting in our students enjoying higher-level lessons.
