The primary objective of our project was to enhance the employability of our students by providing them with advanced vocational training and international exposure. We aimed to equip them with critical skills in entrepreneurship, customer relations, crisis management, and marketing and communication. Additionally, the project sought to foster intercultural understanding and networking opportunities, enabling students to develop a global perspective and connect with professionals and businesses
C.D.A. College, a private educational institution, Cyprus, has a longstanding tradition of providing high-quality tertiary education since 1976. Recognizing the need to enhance employability among our students through practical, vocational training, we initiated the Erasmus+ project titled "Enhancing Employability through Vocational Education and Training." This project aimed to equip students from various disciplines, including Aesthetics, Hairdressing, Secretarial and Business Studies.
