The project was designed to strengthen the professional skills and competences of academic staff at CDA College by providing opportunities for international training and exchange of practices. Through this project, the College aimed to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, support the professional development of staff members, and expand cooperation with partner institutions abroad. The specific objectives were to provide staff with international training experiences that improve their knowledge and competences; strengthen collaboration with European higher education institutions in line with the College’s internationalisation strategy; and ensure that staff mobility contributes to the long-term improvement of the institution’s academic quality and to the enrichment of students’ learning environment. By achieving these objectives, the project sought to create lasting benefits for both the participating staff and the wider College community.
