This project falls under the Erasmus+ KA1 initiative, focusing on the Learning Mobility of individuals, facilitating higher education student and staff mobility with program countries. In this mobility project, the specific goals ,aligned with the Erasmus+ Program in education and training, were successfully achieved. This goals included the enhancement of key competences and skills, particularly those relevant to the labor market, and especially in the context of Erasmus+ traineeships. Additionally, the project aimed to foster the further internationalization of our institution, improve language teaching and learning, utilizing tools such as the OLS/EU academy. Our efforts extended to presenting the program opportunities to individuals with fewer opportunities and exploring avenues to incorporate environmentally friendly approaches with regards to Green Erasmus. The impact of mobility on students' employability and competences exceeded expectations, influencing both their careers and social lives. With regards to staff mobility, this notably contributes to the exchange of knowledge regarding best practices and skills, and develops further cooperation amongst the institutions.
