“Into the digital” was a 10 month training course that started from the aim of equipping European youth workers with practical digital competencies that could elevate the quality of their work and their interaction with young people. The main aim of the project was to enhance youth workers competences of including digital tools in their youth work. The objectives of this training that we achieved are: 1.During the 10 months of the project, 25 youth workers learned how to adapt their toolboxes to the digital environment. 2.All the participants got to know 10 innovative, digital tools that made their work more efficient and attractive. 3. 25 youth workers boosted their confidence in implementing more virtual activities and including virtual components during in-person activities.
