The project's implementation aimed to realize several overarching objectives centered on empowering youth workers to serve as mentors for young entrepreneurs, particularly focusing on the sports and tourism industries. Our primary goals encompassed empowering youth workers with the necessary skills and competencies to act as mentors, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among both youth workers and young people, and addressing the prevalent issue of youth unemployment, especially in regions with high rates among 18-30-year-olds. In terms of specific objectives, we aimed to guide participants through a structured process of developing entrepreneurship projects within the sports and tourism sectors, ensuring that these initiatives resonate with the needs and interests of young people facing socio-economic challenges. We also sought to enhance participants' understanding of entrepreneurship principles, theories, and practical concepts, providing them with a solid foundation for embarking on entrepreneurial ventures. Moreover, we aimed to raise awareness about the opportunities presented by entrepreneurship, motivating youth workers to leverage it as a means of effecting positive social change and economic development. Practical skill development was a key focus, as we aimed to equip youth workers with the necessary tools to design, implement, and manage projects effectively. Furthermore, we introduced strategies for addressing societal challenges through entrepreneurial initiatives, particularly those affecting young people with fewer opportunities. By promoting entrepreneurship as a sustainable means of socio-economic development, we aimed to highlight the potential for youth-led initiatives to contribute positively to the local economy and community development. Overall, the project aimed to inspire a mindset shift towards entrepreneurship, encouraging participants to view it as a viable pathway to addressing societal challenges and promoting sustainable development in their communities.
