The objectives of our project “Communicate your soul, feel and listen” were: - To offer a holistic approach to the topic of communication and familiarise participants with different communication styles and skills such as active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, intercultural communication, etc. - To provide practical knowledge in the field of mindfulness, non-violent communication and conflict resolution that can be applied in participants’ personal and professional life - To promote creative and innovative tools that can be used by youth workers in their daily activities to build youth’s communication skills and self-confidence - To develop a greater sense of empathy and understanding for others that will result in improved interpersonal relations and more effective teamwork - To foster reconnection with nature and promote activities in nature as a great way to connect with others and build relationships - To create a safe space where participants can practise their communication skills; freely express their ideas and feelings, and receive constructive feedback. Through these objectives, we aimed to empower participants and youth workers to gain a deeper understanding of various methods and approaches to active communication, enabling them to apply these techniques in both their personal lives and professional fields. Our goal was to equip them with practical tools to enhance their communication skills, which they could, in return, share with the communities and individuals they work with. Additionally, we aimed to foster personal growth by encouraging participants to build stronger connections with nature, improve their environments and strengthen their relationships. Ultimately, we wanted to create a positive effect in their personal and professional lives. By following these values and objectives, we achieved a significant level of improvement, enhancing the skills of our participants and amplifying the positive impact on their lives and communities.
